Spoken interpretation during the re-accreditation of the National Cardiac Surgery Research Center in Astana

BG medical interpreters rendered spoken interpretation services during the JCI accreditation (Joint Commission International) of the National Cardiac Surgery Research Center in Astana.

The accreditation was carried out September the 18th through September  the 22nd , 2017 in Astana.

Medical interpreters Mariya, Dina and Yerlan translated consecutively English to Russian and Russian to English during the accreditation.

The client was very pleased with the spoken interpreters. The client pointed out that during the first accreditation back in 2014 they were presented with no-so-good interpreting. It was difficult for staff to understand what the surveyors really meant during their interviews. This time around there was clear understanding of what the surveyors had in mind, explaining some of the requirements of the JCI standards. And this all thanks to the quality and experience of our medical translators we have in Astana.

For example, the medical interpreter Mariya translated at accreditations of healthcare organizations by JCI standards eight times in a row.

Medical interpreter Yerlan translated during the accreditation of healthcare organizations by JCI standards for the eleventh time.

Medical interpreter Dina once worked on developing and implementing healthcare accreditation standards.

Such a makeup of spoken medical translators was the very success formula for the event to go smoothly with translation.
